Please Help Me!!!

well, i need help becaise i got windows 7 and office2010 on my computer today, i cant upload any JPEG files. and if i try and change the files DA still cant see the files. and i spend some of the day drawing a picture and now it wont let me put it on! :( :(
please if anyone as any idea how i can solve this prob PLEASE message me right away!
